  • Certificate of Incorporation

  • Memorandum & Articles of Association

Must be certified by the issuing authority and translated into English (if applicable)

2. Board Resolution

  • Authorizing the establishment of the Tanzanian entity

  • Specifying the business activities and local representative appointment

3. Appointment of a Local Representative

  • Full name, Tanzanian address, and signed acceptance of responsibilities

This person handles legal correspondence and compliance locally.

4. Statement of Charges

  • A declaration of any charges or encumbrances on Tanzanian assets

5. Principal & Local Addresses

  • Registered office address abroad

  • Physical address in Tanzania (mandatory)

6. Financial Statements

  • Latest audited financial statements proving financial capacity

7. Other Required Forms

  • Form No. 434: Company particulars (address, directors, representative)

  • Integrity Pledge Form

  • Declaration Form signed and sworn before a Commissioner for Oaths or Notary Public
